Come along and join our Back to Netball sessions on a Monday evening. We welcome anyone interested in getting back to netball, starting from scratch, or those who just want an alternative to going to the gym. We have been running these sessions for about 10 years now and have welcomed players aged 17 to 60!! Some come along as individuals, others as a group looking to form a team. We are also able to slot more experienced players into our existing Bournemouth teams if we have the space. This season 3 new teams have entered the league from back to netball so it’s a great way to get started.
Sessions are 2 hours and a mixture of ball skills and drills, tactical movement, fitness work and match play. New umpires practising their skills are welcome to come down to our match play sessions and umpire.
